Final Stop - Tennessee

We spent a couple of days recovering our land legs.  I did get the best recipe for Peanut Butter Fudge, thanks to Kathy, Lisa's cousin.  The recipe given was: Vanilla ready to spread Frosting & Peanut Butter, heated, mixed and cooled in a 7x11 pan.  When I made it, I used 28 oz of Peanut Butter and 1 tub of frosting.  It was too much Peanut Butter, so I added a 2nd tub of frosting. This fit into a 9x13 pan. Chill & serve!  You can use chunky peanut butter as well.  My family loved it! Thanks Kathy!!!
